    Nice hotel with wonderful amenities like free wi-fi, a fantastic fitness center, and a beautiful indoor pool. The staff even helped me find my lost barrette on my first stay! I'm coming back for Christmas.

    The room was comfortable and had all the quality you expect. The location is close to the french concession with lots of eateries and bars. The health club was excellent with amazing views. The front desk service stood out as they were really helpful.

    Just a smart choice for a city holiday in Shanghai with best value for money ratio. The airport pickup service was super convenient and made my arrival easy. Make sure to try the breakfast buffet as it's pretty fantastic!

    The room was spacious, super clean, and had a fine view. I loved the separate sitting area and the automated curtains. Plus, there was a Nespresso machine, a nice touch. The only thing is, it could use a couple more USB plugs for charging all my devices. It was a really comfortable space.

    WiFi feels antiquated and is slow!!! Coffee machines in rooms should be a standard expectation for a hotel of this caliber!!!

    The service was really good. Staff anticipated our needs. Our room provided amazing views and ample space, complemented by a good breakfast with numerous options every morning.

    While the dining experience was great, I found the public restrooms outdated, with a broken lock that caused an embarrassing moment for my guest.

    We celebrated our 10-year anniversary here. The amazing view and good room amenities. The staff surprised us with flowers!

    Unfortunately, the breakfast area felt a bit crowded, which sometimes made it hard to enjoy our meal peacefully.

    the pool was closed which was a bummer. a really spacious gym with tons of equipment was great. loved the big warm pool and relaxing sauna. super convenient for shopping since it's attached to a mall.
