I chose this hotel for attending a business mixer and was impressed by The Business Centre, which offered great resources for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is located in the Jing An central business district, one of Shanghai's affluent and cultured neighborhoods, and provides a comfortable and stylish experience with its prime hotel, retail, office, and residential space overlooking a beautifully landscaped piazza.

The only thing I missed for my work was the absence of a dedicated workspace in the room.

The hotel boasts a great location, very close to the Jing-an temple, right at the center of the city. It offers easy access to the trolley or the bus station, making commuting very convenient. The rooms are well-equipped, with heated bathroom floors and spacious living areas. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the service is friendly and accommodating.

Some guests reported poor service at the lobby bar, where customers were refused glasses of water and instead asked to pay for their refreshments, causing an inconvenience to those seeking a quick drink.

The hotel I stayed at had a decent breakfast buffet with fresh fruits and tasty pastries. Its location was great, with plenty of transportation options nearby making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and comfortable with nice amenities like a coffee maker.

The staff wasn't very helpful or friendly, and didn't seem interested in making our stay more enjoyable. The Wi-Fi was also quite weak and unreliable, making it difficult to get work done or use other apps.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a 5 to 7 minute walk to Jing-an temple, and very close to the trolley bus and metro stations, making it easy to get around the city. The cleanliness of this hotel is outstanding, and the facilities it has to offer are top-notch. I especially enjoyed the spacious gym and excellent swimming pool. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, including the concierges who were able to find me a taxi at a moment's notice. And breakfast was simply amazing!

The hotel is well located, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast offered a good variety of food and drink options. The gym was well equipped and offered a good range of facilities.

Some of the staff struggled with speaking English, which made communication difficult. The rooms had a lot of unnecessary decorations and felt cluttered.

This hotel is a luxurious haven that pampers its guests with exclusive amenities. The Spa & wellness centre offers a variety of treatments, including full body massage, body wraps, and beauty treatments, that left us feeling revitalized and refreshed. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room provide the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The private facilities in the room, including the treatment room, added to the overall luxurious experience. The restaurant serves delicious food and in-room breakfast was fantastic. The staff was attentive and always available to fulfill our needs.

The location of the hotel was not ideal, and finding an ATM was a bit of a challenge. However, the hotel's bar and snack bar more than made up for this minor inconvenience.
